G. Gambaretti

I must confess they made me dive into the Middle Ages thanks to the use of musical instruments that recall a past so often considered dark and rooted in superstition. What a voice the vocalist had and how enchanting was the sound of the harps and recorders so skilfully played. The lutist played fantastic reproductions of a vielle and rebec and interestingly wore glasses which were so peculiar and had just seen another time in Mr Sean Connery’s hands in the well-known Umberto Eco’s In the Name of the Rose. Thanks a lot for such a lovely night.
